This Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding is one of my favorite easy, no-bake Valentine’s treats. It’s creamy, rich, layered with fresh strawberries and buttery graham crackers, and comes together in minutes.

STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE PUDDING RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) cheesecake or vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping or heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 2–3 tbsp sugar (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and sugar, then fold in whipped topping until light and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the pudding into the cheesecake mixture until fully combined.
  4. In serving jars or glasses, layer:
    • Graham cracker crumbs
    • Cheesecake pudding
    • Fresh strawberries
  1. Repeat layers and finish with whipped topping, strawberries, and extra graham crumbs. 
  2. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
