- 4 large bell peppers (red, yellow, orange, or green), halved lengthwise and seeds removed

Filling
- 1½ pounds shaved ribeye steak (or thinly sliced sirloin)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Cheese
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup shredded white cheddar (optional for extra richness)

Instructions
1. Prep the Peppers
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brush pepper halves with olive oil.
